I write things in a blog for people to read now.
I write things in a journal for people to read later.
I voice my opinion when I see fit.
I am silent inappropriately.
I hurt when all is fit.
I am soothed when all is omit.
I chose my words unwisely.
Scrutinize my every thought.
I’m empty when I’m am full.
I’m full when I am no more.
I lie from within to the inner.
I’m humble less than I like.
I gloat when I need sight.
The silence surrounding me is deafening.
The loud about is terrifying.
Not enough but to much.
I write now.
Not enough to tell.
Metaphor. But all true.
My style
Is my own. I judge me more than you.
Analytical ignorance.

College, Why Pay for That?

Street smarts, some have none, some have I little bit( that’s me) and some have a bit too much( on my opinion). Book smarts, same as above. Some people flock to books and lectures and feel the need for affirmation from a small price of paper saying they are “socially” certified to do what they’ve been learning, which is fine, it’s not my cup of tea but, hey, kudos to you pal. Now, the most important places I can see these documents being of real use is in the more technical fields like for the doctors, scientist and such like professions. Now for people like me( artists and fine arts) that piece of paper feels like a rip off, well to me at least. With this day and age and the technology at hand we have an amazing amount of resources available. I love art; the drawing, sculpting, photographing, painting…yadda yadda, right? I love it all. I attempted to go for my associates in photography only to learn that major newspaper agencies require a person to have a bachelors degree before consideration( not my dream job by the way) of employment.

Like a story

They turn out normal; Look like the next. But these ones are special, special in a way that they are more alive. As they were being composed the story behind them unfolds. Imagining the truth behind the scenes are told. With every stroke life begins to breath. A secret affair no one shall see it. A private room, vast amount of supplies. All that’s needed is the correct sketch pad and the perfect pencil. Imagination intensifies, characters begin moving, speaking with one another. Soon they begin fighting, thrashing and having an all out battle. Everything begins unfolding right before the artist eyes. Their reason for fighting for doing what must be done. The battle ensues for hours; everything so realistic. The water that splashes, the sky above, every expression exposed. The battle ends…looking back down at the sheet of sketch paper seeing only the first science of the epic struggle…complete. The story with in…no one to see the truth behind these characters. Content and finished.

This will never come to light but stay in the shadows of the night. The darkest of days will never see your truths, lies and ways. This is a burden that no one can see, touch, or hear. We ALL have these secrets; to deny them is……
